Life is but a (bored) game ... We may be grown ups, but have we grown up?

Anyone born before 1990, will have fond memories of the board games they played as a child. As we move into the age where 3 year olds have iPads and the young ones consider board games to be what grandma and gramps play to entertain themselves, I have come to realise that, us, of the board game generation, still carry over the lessons learned there to our work and relationships. So welcome to Dating 101. Also known as 'Everything I know about relationships, I got from the playtime'.

Chess - it is all about strategy my friend. Back when I was a kid, my dad introduced me to the game with the explanation that every great military leader ought to have been a great chess player for the sheer use of well planned strategy and tactile moves across that black and white chequered board.
In which case, modern dating ought to have made great generals of us all. Dating no longer involves 'outdated' concepts of courtship. Today, it is all about the strategic dance of who has the power. At least at the start of the relationship. For some unfortunate souls, it is the whole relationship.
If I say this, he/she will think that. If I do this, they will do that. Give a little, but take a lot more. Do not let the 'opponent' guess your strategy. For what a terrible thing for them to know what my long-term intentions are.
After all, the one who cares less, has more power. Power is the ultimate winner in all of this. And in this game, I am not about to start losing now.

Monopoly - My pursuit of you will be in direct proportion to how much everyone else seems to want you. If you aren't 'hot property' (pun intended) you aren't worth my time!
Of course once I actually have you, I will be happy and ecstatic gloating over my victory.... Until I
a) am bored of you
b) do not need you
for I can now move on to the next 'hot property' at which time you will be unceremoniously traded in (read 'dumped without any warning or explanation')

Chutes and ladders/ Ludo - this one is easy. You can do countless little things that may win you brownie points. You can even knock it out of the park with grand romantic gestures, aka ladders. However, one step in the wrong direction (intentional or perceived), and you, my friend could find yourself back to square one of the dating game, having to start all over again, waiting. Rolling the dice till you get a six, only to begin the journey all over again. If you're successful, you may just make it all the way to the top of the board and have your 'win' (marriage, as society would have us believe), if not, you may be in for a long game of loop de loop.

Taboo - Last but not the lest, this one is my personal favourite. And more so because over the last few years (read 5 or more) my friends and I have spent many an evening (and bottle of mind numbing spirits) trying to decode what their significant others have/have not meant when they said/did XYZ. It is like, Taboo was invented for the sole purpose of messing with people's minds.
Rules of the game - the message you are trying to convey is X but you cannot say X because that is 'Taboo'. However, you can say everything else BUT X to get the message across! Goodbye sanity, hello endless nights of insomnia. Good luck with figuring that one out!
Is it that much of a bad thing to speak your mind #nofilter? Imagine all the time and energy that could have been spent doing something fruitful rather than playing pointless games of Russian roulette. #WastedDaysWastedNights

Please note: If at all there exists a scientific explanation to any of this, I'd be interested to see what this iPad generation turns out like - all hidden behind a screen, is what I'd say if I had to guess. If i had a choice, i'd rather be taken back to the days when every action and word did not have a dozen interpretations attached to them. Until then, I'll just be over at the next table spinning the wheel on this game of 'life'.

Translating corporate lingo - What your boss means when he says...

If you are over 21, chances are you are a working professional...toiling away for the profit of a larger company aka 'The Corporate'. In todays world, more often than not,a vast majority of us are white collared 'labourers' who indirectly work for yet another exorbitantly paid 'labourer' (aka our bosses)

From the experience of anyone who has ever worked for a life-(and happiness) sucking corporation, here's decoding what your boss says and what he/she means.

"We'll discuss this later"
It means "I don't have any valid reasons to give you now so we'll discuss this when I can come up with some harebrained logic that will confuse you enough to get you off this argument"

"I want you to work on ABC's team"
It means "I like ABC a lot cos he/she sucks up to me (in or out of the boardroom/ bed room) and since I want ABC to look good without getting him/her to do any actual work, I'd rather you be the donkey for now."

"You are doing such a good job" It means "I urgently need that report and since you're the only one who I know can finish it in time by screwing it up the least, here's some more work for you to do so you can spend yet another night in the office"

"You are the only one I trust with this task/report/project" It means "I am paying you a compliment so that you feel better about staying back after office hours to do a job that I completely forgot about until my boss asked me for it an hour back"

"You have so much potential. But if you move now, you will waste it at the new workplace."
It means "Who else will I drop my last minute work on when my boss kicks my butt on a Friday evening? Where else will I find another willing idiot who forgets the need for a social life in order to be my donkey for the weekend? God forbid, I may even have to do the work myself *Shudder*"

"I know we promised you a raise this year, but HR has only allocated a much smaller budget for our team. I will see that we close the gap next year"
It means "I was hoping you would have forgotten our conversation from last year. HR has given me enough money to give the entire team a decent pay raise, but I have to ensure my cronies/minions are paid thrice what they are worth so that you can do your job (and theirs) for 1/3 of your actual pay. I assure you I will repeat this lame excuse at the end of the next appraisal as well. By then you will be so over-worked and frustrated, that you will resign and I will find another willing (and ignorant) slave to take your place."

"I have a good team"
It means "I am king of the world and you my serfs will forever be tied to my fiefdom. Atleast as long as you shall work for this company. *Insert manic evil laughter*"

All in Your Mind :)

Who am I, What am I, Why am I here,
as you gain knowledge,
all will become clear.

You ask who you are,
be it daughter or son,
you are unique, the only one.

Throughout your existence,
this you must treasure,
just think, I am me,
it will give you pleasure.

You can decide who you will be,
look in the mirror and you're sure to see.
You can be what you want, regardless of others,
keep your ideals, bad influence smothers.

The more you listen,
the more you will learn,
as you gain knowledge,
respect you will earn.

The choices you make,
for the rest of your life,
will determine if,
it's joy or strife.

Evil will follow your life from afar,
stay true to yourself
and you'll know, ''who you are''.

You ask what am I,
you're a human being,
open your eyes and soon you'll be seeing.

Your here for a reason and like it or not,
what you will be , cannot be bought.
You have a mind and you have a choice,
think what you say, there's trouble in voice.

All of your actions have a knock on effect,
think of others,show them respect.
Think of your options with some precision,
think of the outcomes before that decision.

Before you make them be aware,
the choices you make will show if you care.
You are responsible for knowledge you've found,
try to remember to pass it around.

Life is for sharing with family and friends,
strive to ensure that this never ends.
Try to Judge yourself from afar,if you like what you see,
you will know, ''what you are''.

Then as you grow and your life's unfurled,
you'll learn this can be, a wonderful world.
You'll learn life's about sharing and giving,
you will find happiness, caring and living.

You will meet someone special and love will flow,
life is too short so take it slow.
If you can then live with your life full of cheer,
you'll have learned the lesson of ,''why you are here''.

If you've asked all these questions,
I think you will find, the answers you seek are,
''All In Your Mind''.

In my Next life i wanna be.....

In this life I'm a woman.

In my next life, I'd like to come back as a bear.

When you're a bear, you get to hibernate. You do nothing but sleep for six months. I could deal with that.

Before you hibernate, you're supposed to eat yourself stupid. I could deal with that, too.

When you're a girl bear, you birth your children (who are the size of walnuts) while you're sleeping, and wake to partially grown, cute cuddly cubs. I could definitely deal with that.

If you're a mama bear, everyone knows you mean business. You swat anyone who bothers your cubs. If your cubs get out of line, you swat them too. I could deal with that.

If you're a bear, your mate EXPECTS you to wake up growling. He EXPECTS that you will have hairy legs and excess body fat.

"Yup...gonna be a bear!!!" *grin*

In tribute to all my friends

To all my friends,(both old and new)
I want to start off by saying a big "THANK YOU!!"

Time passes by too quickly to say
How thankful i am for you each day

With a hug or a smile you light up my life,
through times of joy and times of strife;)
You've been my strength, my support, my guide...
I know i cannot fail
For i have you by my side

Late night assignments and endless phone calls
Laughing and cribbing about life's curveballs
Hurried meetings and stolen time that ends too fast
'Sterling' moments, Shopping, Sleepovers...
Priceless memories we've amassed

YOU have made the last year worthwhile
Thanks to you, we've lived it up in style!

So i'm sending you hugs and love from across the miles
And i pray that the new year is full of them too
With loads of happiness, contentment and smiles
So life is nothing less than AWESOME for you!!

PS: Lowe ALL of you loads and loads<3<3<3...Thanks for being there when it has mattered the most. Here's looking forward to a future of loads more time with you:):)...Mwah!!!HUGS!!!

Haunted

Remember all the things we wanted
Now all my memories they're haunted
I thought we'd never have to say goodbye

All of those things we used to do
Are drenched in memories of you
Of long conversations under a star lit night

What started with a perfect kiss
Now only reminds me of this
Perfect couldn't keep our love alive

I just want you to know
I couldn't have done any better
I can't make a right from wrong

If someone's gotta go
You can be the first to know

Since there's no moving on
I've dragged myself halfway out the door
So if you wait too long
By the time you turn around
I'll be already gone

This is dedicated to all my girls!

The Covenant for a Girls’ Night Out

1. Even if members are aged 25 and above, it must always be referred to a ‘girls’ night out.
2. Three is the most suitable number of girlfriends for a girls’ night out. The maximum number should not exceed four. Rare exceptions can be made for a fifth.
3. Boys are strictly not allowed - before, during and after a girls’ night out. Male trespassers will be persecuted.
4. If a girl abandons her girlfriends for a boy at any point in time, she will be ostracised from at least two of the subsequent girls’ nights out. Abandonment of girlfriends will result in a harsh penalty that comprises name-calling and taunting the accused.
5. Adhere to the golden sextet of girl talk:
- Reveal at least one deep, dark secret per night.
- Bitch, bitch, bitch.
- Judge everything, everyone and everything you think about everyone.
- Pontificate to no end.
- Vent. Confess. Faff.
- As you think, so shall you speak.
6. Declare undying love for each other on a frequent basis.
7. Indulge in uncontrollable fits of giggles.
8. Never order a small drink.
9. Have epiphanies about your life.
10. Have epiphanies about girlfriends’ lives.
11. Have epiphanies in general.
12. Be blatantly and proudly cliché – discuss boys, relationships and feelings. This is our version of locker room talk.
13. Feel free to indulge in PDA with girlfriends.
14. Only eye contact with random cute boys is permitted. Engaging random cute boys in conversation will be seen as deliberate violation of tenets three and four.
15. Never tuck tummies in. A girlfriend’s fat and flab shall not be frowned upon by her comrades.
16. Vow to remain friends forever.
17. Vow to take a girls only trip to Europe.
18. Vow to put chicks before d****.
19. Make many such vows.
20. Text each other post-girls’ night out long, mushy, heartfelt messages.
21. Plan the next girls’ night out.
This is a shout-out to all my girlfriends or my ‘ya-ya sisterhood’ as a reader mockingly noted on this blog. Believe me when I say this – a girls’ night out works better than therapy. Always, always make time for girlfriends. Because when the parents nag, the boyfriends ditch and the world seems like a hellhole, a girlfriend will always have your back. You go girls!
PS: If the boys, who valiantly attempt to read this, declare the covenant as cheesy, corny and oh-so-girly, I know that you’ll enjoy a boys’ night out with equal relish, sans the PDA I assume.

P.S.: THIS ISN'T AN ORIGINAL COMPILATION. Read it in one of the HT columns by Tasneem Nashrulla...just lurrved it & took the liberty of copy-pasting ;)
And i have taken the liberty of copy-posting this from my dear Eli's Notes...and since it hit home i just wanted to dedicate it to all my Ladies whom i miss oh-so dearly...You rock my Chicas!...and i just can't wait till the above mentioned happens [which given the stoopid assignments i have seems like a long way off:(]
oh n Ps: I Lowe u all...Mwah!!!

Everything i learned about life, i learned from television

Things i've learnt from watching altogether too many TV Soaps:

1. Boundaries don't keep other people out; it fences you in. So you can waste your life drawing lines or you can live your life crossing them. If you're willing to take the chance, the view from the other side is spectacular!

2. You know that saying.."why do i keep hitting myself over the head with a hammer?.." because it feels so damn good when i stop!

3. De-nial...it's not just a river in Egypt, it's a freaking ocean!...So how do you keep from drowning in it?

4. Pain...You always have to fight through it because the truth is - you can't outrun it and life always makes More.

5. Whoever said "what you don't kow won't hurt you" didn't know what he was talking about because for most people i know not knowing is the worst feeling in the world.

6. Guilt doesn't go anywhere on its own. It brings its friends - doubt and insecurity.

7. A woman who pretends to laugh at love is like a child who sings at night when he is afraid

8. Human pain does not let go of its grip at one point in time. Rather, it works its way out of our consciousness over time. There is a season of sadness. A season of anger. A season of tranquility. A season of hope.

9. When the truth is ugly people try to keep it hidden because they know, if revealed, the damage it will do. So they conceal it within sturdy walls or they place it behind closed doors or they obscure it with clever disguises, but truth no matter how ugly always emerges and someone we care about always ends up getting hurt and someone else will revel in their pain and that’s the ugliest truth of all.

10. It can happen so quickly. Life, as we know, can change in the blink of an eye. Unlikely friendships can blossom; important decisions can be tossed aside; a long lost hope can be rekindled. Still, we should be grateful for whatever changes life throws at us because all too soon the day will come, when there are no changes left.

11. In a world filled with darkness, we all need some kind of light. Whether it’s a great flame that shows us how to win back what we’ve lost or a powerful beacon intended to scare away potential monsters or a few glowing bulbs that reveal to us the hidden truths of our past; we all need something to help us get through the night, even if it’s just the tiniest glimmer of Hope…

12. The past is never truly behind us. Ghosts lurk in the shadow eager to remind us of the choices we made. But if we look back, we might find an old friend with open arms or an old enemy with a hidden agenda. Sadly, some of us refuse to look back, never understanding that by denying the past we’re condemned to repeat it.

13. Any one can end up a victim, injured by the actions of others, but whether the damage is inflicted by a cunning friend or a blow delivered by the object of our affection; the time comes when we must pick ourselves up and continue our journey and if we can’t then all we can pray for is rescue.

14. In life we all have an unspeakable secret, an irreversible regret, an unreachable dream and an unforgettable love...

15. When you're young, your whole life is about the pursuit of fun. Then, you grow up and learn to be cautious. You could break a bone or a heart. You look before you leap and sometimes you don't leap at all because there's not always someone there to catch you. And in life, there's no safety net. When did it stop being fun and start being scary?

16. I got to thinking about relationships. There are those that open you up to something new and exotic, those that are old and familiar, those that bring up lots of questions, those that bring you somewhere unexpected, those that bring you far from where you started, and those that bring you back. But the most exciting, challenging and significant relationship of all is the one you have with yourself. And if you can find someone to love the you you love, well, that's just fabulous!

You know how i feel...Dated: Aug30,09

I think we have all been there at some point in our lives or another...so it's really easy to relate to...except the fact of the matter is...which one is it in life..
Is the amount of shit you get in life in direct proportion to how good a person you are..or is that inversely proportional??...I dunno..but now you know how i feel..

Have you ever had one of those days
When you really need a friend
The day drags on and on
And you think there's no end
then you know how i feel

Have you ever had one of those nights
when you just lie awake
Starin' at the ceiling
Untill the dawn breaks
then you know how i feel

if you've heard goodbye
and something inside just won't heal
If a memory won't set you free
and you know that it never will
then you know how i feel

The thing i miss the most...Dated: July18,09

I miss the people that we used to be
Miss when it was just you and me
I miss the comfort and the pain
Miss the sunshine and the rain.

I look at you and I don't know
If it was real, just goes to show
You can never tell those you knew well
And those you found only the shell

I mourn what I lost everyday
Even when I know nothings here to stay
I dont even know if it was real and true
Or all the while I was just blinded by you.

Older pieces of writing that haven't been put up as yet

given the fact that the new year has arrived...there are pieces of my writing that i seem to heve put up everyehere bt the place that matters the most...HERE!...so without any further delay, "here goes nothing;)"...

The life of SHE

SHE lived. At least SHE thought SHE did. Then came experiences – some good some bad.

SHE learnt to trust.

SHE learnt not to trust.

SHE learnt that trust could be broken. Especially by those who mattered the most.

SHE learnt to forget.

SHE learnt to forgive.

Tranquility.

SHE learnt that SHE wasn’t perfect.

SHE learnt SHE was in fact the worst.

SHE learnt that SHE was not that bad.

SHE learnt SHE was sometimes even better than others!

Surprise!!

SHE made her own little world, with her morals and values and notions. A resolve to go with it that no one can shake these, not abiding them would be nothing less than sacrilege. SHE thought herself to be an exception. SHE learnt all the above and much much more. SHE yet had to learn the most important thing – SHE was not the exception, SHE was the rule. The rule that once anyone knew it existed gave that anyone the power to fracture it, the rule that like many others before her did not have the tenacity to prove that SHE was the exception. However our SHE learnt this through many things and through many people and through many instances.

SHE learnt this through parents, teachers, friends, lovers and even random people.

Parents dictated what SHE did.
Teachers controlled her thoughts.
Friends ruled her interactions.
Lovers determined her decisions.
Random people verified her actions.

Epiphany!

SHE was not the exception.

SHE was the rule.

10 Things We Hate About Men!

This is an excellent article i had come across on idiva..it speaks volumes about the worlds of difference between men and Us..So any guys reading this..*hint hint*..

Thing no. 1: One task wonder

Ask any man to do more than a thing at a time, and they freak! And if they even try, they are sure to mess up.

Here's what Tv Anchor, Mini Mathur has to say…
"I hate their inability to multitask. They just can't do more than one thing, the way we women can!"

Thing no. 2: Taking things for granted

Get close to a guy - any guy and after a while they take you for granted. Our tip? Don't ever let him feel too secure.

Thing no. 3: The big fat male ego

Why can't men just chuck their ego once in a while? They aren't all that fantastic and they know it! Why the show then? And why should we take a page out of their book?
Actress Tisca Chopra vents…
"People always say, 'why can't women be more like men?' But I ask why men can't be more like women! Why the big male ego? Why won't he stop and ask for directions? And why can't they understand that women need 20 handbags?"

Thing no. 4: Women are all about sex

We hate it when they narrow our worth down to - what is she like in bed? Men need to start respecting women and it needs to start now.

(my personal favourite)
Thing no. 5: Running away...

When it comes to confrontation, men run away with their tail between their legs. This just makes us want to pull our hair out.

Actress Suchitra Pillai says…
"A lot of men run away from confrontation. They just can't stay and deal with things when they have to."
People speak!

Thing no. 6: The staring game

It makes us so uncomfortable when men share at our breasts. They see women everyday, but I guess they just can't get used to the idea that boobs do exist!

Simran Kant a law student empathises

"I hate how they keep staring at my boobs. I mean get a life guys, do we women always stare at your ? you know what!"

Thing no 7: Long hair

It just doesn't suit some men, and it looks pretty unnatural. And it's worse when long haired men use colourful hair bands, hair gel and streak their hair blonde!

(ANOTHER of my favourites..aargh!..makes u wanna strangle them)
Thing no 8: Make up your mind!

Men keep complaining when we take long to decide between a lavender or mauve top, but honestly they are equally indecisive about what they want emotionally.

Diya Rai a film student vents…
"Men! Why are they so confused all the time? And it's worse when they blame their indecision on us. Grhhhhh."

Thing no. 9: Sex on his mind, all the time

They are so freakishly obsessed with it all the time. Don't they get bored of being horny? And why is everything related to sex?!?!

Anjali Kapoor an investment banker says…
"Men are stupid. They only hear what they want to. Whenever I tell a guy, "I like you," they think I mean, 'I wanna have sex with you right now!'"

Thing no. 10: Bringing hairy back

We wax, thread, get laser-ed and basically go through a hell lot of pain to get hair free. But men? Gosh, they cry even if you tell them to shave.

I Believe..

i fall and I PICK MYSELF UP.
i lose hope YET I DREAM.
i am lost and I FIND MYSELF again.
i cry and I LAUGH through my tears.
i despair yet I BELIEVE.

i am dark,fair,14,fat,40.
i love my mom,knock knock jokes,my boyfriend,love stories,my mirror,having countless shoes..
i've never dieted,told lies,been kissed,been alone.
i want my space,love,a big raise,kids..the works!!
i cry,i learn,i trust, I BELIEVE.

The Joys of our girlfriends!!

Time passes.
Life happens.
Distance separates.
Children grow up.

Jobs come and go.
Love waxes and wanes.
Men don't do what they're supposed to do.

Hearts break.
Parents die.
Colleagues forget favors.
Careers end.

BUT.........

Sisters are there,
no matter how much time
and how many miles are between you.
A girl friend is never farther away
than needing her can reach.

When you have to walk that lonesome valley
and you have to walk it by yourself,
the women in your life will be on the valley's rim,
cheering you on,
praying for you,
pulling for you,
intervening on your behalf,
and waiting with open arms at the valley's end.

Sometimes, they will even break the rules and walk beside you...
Or come in and carry you out.
Girlfriends,
daughters,
granddaughters,
daughters-in-law,
sisters,
sisters-in-law,
Mothers,
Grandmothers,
aunties,
nieces,
cousins,
and extended family...all bless our life!

The world wouldn't be the same without women,
and neither would I.
When we began this adventure called womanhood,
we had no idea of the incredible joys or
sorrows that lay ahead.
Nor did we know how much we would need each other.
Every day, we need each other still.

Hey There!!!....SMILE!!!...u got a good reason..

Smiling is infectious,
You catch it like the flu.
When someone smiled at me today,
I started smiling too.

I passed around the corner,
and someone saw my grin.
When he smiled I realized,
I'd passed it on to him.

I thought about that smile,
then I realized its worth.
A single smile just like mine,
could travel the earth.

So, if you feel a smile begin,
don't leave it undetected.

Let's start an epidemic quick,
and get the world infected!

I Have Learned...

I've learned..
..That life is like a roll of toilet paper. The closer it gets to the end, the faster it goes..so use it wisely..cos u never know when you're gonna fall short..

I've learned..
..That we should be glad God doesn't give us everything we ask for..in retrospect we're much better off without it..just tht we realise it much later in life..

I've learned..
..That money doesn't buy class..or brains..or style..or love..or friends..the things that really count in life..

I've learned..
..That it's those small daily happenings that make life so spectacular..so much more meaningful..tht much more worth living..

I've learned..
..That under everyone's hard shell is someone who wants to be appreciated and loved..its just a question of looking deep enough to see whats under there..

I've learned..
..That the Lord didn't do it all in one day. What makes me think I can?..why do i think i can outdo God???

I've learned..
..That to ignore the facts does not change the facts..ignoring them doesnt make them disappear either..so might as well learn to face up to them..

I've learned..
..That when you plan to get even with someone, you are only letting that person continue to hurt you..Why let that A** take up more of your time and energies??..Lose the ideas in there..

I've learned..
..That love, not time, heals all wounds..All you need is a lil TLC..trust me on this one..Hugs,Kisses and everythin tht comes with them makes everything muchos better..

I've learned..
..That the easiest way for me to grow as a person is to surround myself with people smarter than I am..that way atleast i will learn from them & learn as i grow..

I've learned..
..That everyone you meet deserves to be greeted with a smile..that one lil smile can brighten up the most dreadful of days..

I've learned..
..That no one is perfect until you fall in love with them..Love brings out the best in people.. it sees not just the imperfections..it loves not in parts but the whole..the perfections and imperfections together..

I've learned..
..That life is tough, but I'm tougher..i can overcome every difficulty..No situation can get the better of me unless i let it..

I've learned..
..That opportunities are never lost; someone will take the ones you miss..cos if u dont open the door to opportunity when it knocks at your door..it will keep knocking until someone answers..

I've learned..
..That when you harbor bitterness, happiness will dock elsewhere..there simply isnt enough room for the two of them at the same time..be satisfied with who you are and what you have..everything else will just fall into place after that..

I've learned..
..That I wish I could have told those I cared about that I love them one more time before they passed away..i know how much it means to have someone tell you that..it just lights up ur day..wish i could have done for them what they did for me & let them kno just what a huge impact they have had in my life and all tht they meant to me..

I've learned..
..That one should keep his words both soft and tender, because tomorrow he may have to eat them..Just remember this..what goes around always comes around..maybe not today or tomorrow..but it sure does somewher down the line..

I've learned..
..That a smile is an inexpensive way to improve your looks..moreover..smilin is the second best thing you can do with your lips..*wink wink*

I've learned..
..That I can't choose how I feel, but I can choose what I do about it..i can either just brood over my feelings..or i can act upon them..things may or may not turn out the way i wanted them to..but atleast i know i tried..that i made the effort..i gave it my all..and that i wont ever have to deal with the "what if....?" someday down the line..

I've learned..
..That everyone wants to live on top of the mountain, but all the happiness, and growth happen while you're climbing it..its not the destination but the journey that matters in the end..

World view..

Your World View

You are a fairly broadminded romantic and reasonably content.
You value kindness and try to live by your ideals.
You have strong need for security, which may be either emotional or material.

You respect truth and are flexible.
You like people, and they can readily make friends with you.
You are not very adventurous, but this does not bother you.

Is this the thing that gets the Stalkers on track??

You Are a Coy Flirt

You may not seem like you're flirting, but you know exactly what you're doing.
You draw people in, very calculatingly, without them even knowing.
Subtle and understated, you know how to best leverage your sex appeal.
A sexy enigma, you easily become an object of obsession.
